Job Summary

This role contributes to the success of Sanctuary Camelback Mountain by providing support to the Catering Department. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service to guests by setting up, breaking down, and servicing meeting rooms in accordance with our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Set up meeting rooms to the specifications of guests, including transporting heavy materials and equipment.
  • Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses and fresh water.
  • Break down meeting rooms after events and return equipment to storage.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment by adhering to established cleaning schedules.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisors to maintain health and safety standards.
  • Handle, store, and label hazardous substances safely and report any incidents.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than one year of related work experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand, sit, and move frequently throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
