Behavioral Health Services Manager

At the Cow Creek Band of the Umpqua Tribe of Indians, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Health Manager to join our dedicated team in the Health, Wellness, and Fitness industry.
Job Summary:
The Behavioral Health Manager will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that address the psychological well-being of our clients. This position requires expertise in behavioral health management, enabling the successful candidate to oversee and enhance the delivery of mental health services within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of behavioral health services to ensure high-quality care.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Supervise and mentor behavioral health professionals and support staff to enhance team performance.
- Conduct regular training and development programs for staff to ensure compliance with best practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote integrated and holistic care.
- Engage in community outreach efforts to educate and support clients regarding mental health services.
- Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics to continuously improve program effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
- Licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT or Psychologist licensed in Oregon; or current license with ability to obtain an Oregon license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of mental health regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in staff supervision and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams.
- Experience working with Native American/Alaskan Native populations or other marginalized populations.
