**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage day-to-day operations, assign patient beds, and provide care to optimize resources and promote community wellness.
  • Analyze data to develop appropriate services and manage strategic planning to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Partner with the community to recruit specialists and develop innovative, integrated models of care.
  • Maintain effective services and meet diverse community needs.
  • Achieve clinical outcomes through high-quality care and a safe environment.
  • Oversee performance improvement, incorporate patient satisfaction feedback, and manage fiscal resources effectively.
  • Implement and monitor standards to ensure accreditation and compliance with regulations.

**Requirements**

  • Current RN license issued by the State of Oregon required.
  • 5 years behavioral health operations experience with at least 1 year in an inpatient setting.
  • 2 years supervisory experience.
  • Master's Degree in Nursing required. Emphasis in Psychiatric Mental Health strongly preferred.

**Compensation**

$71.16/hour
