Job Overview

As a Pest Control Technician with Terminix, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality in pest control services. You will work independently, traveling to customer locations to assess and treat pest infestations. This is a rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of customer properties to identify pest infestations and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Apply pest control products and treatments in a safe and efficient manner, following all company protocols and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices, participating in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of environments, including outdoors and in confined spaces.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.
