Job Overview:
The Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst operates under the guidance of the Regulatory Reporting Manager, tasked with the precise and timely preparation and submission of various financial regulatory documents, ensuring adherence to all legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements, as well as generally accepted accounting principles. This role involves engaging in the development and interpretation of financial policies and regulations, along with analyzing and providing expert insights on accounting and regulatory modifications. The position also requires thorough research and monitoring of financial data to maintain data integrity. As the most senior role in this area, it provides direction and mentorship to other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- 60% Responsible for the preparation of designated financial regulatory reports, primarily including RC-E/HC-E: Deposits, RC-O: Other Data for Deposits, and FRY9-LP. Conduct independent investigations into discrepancies and perform variance analysis. Propose procedural enhancements to rectify issues and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reporting.
