About the Role:

This position is part of the Lease Administration team, responsible for portfolio administration, daily operations, and managing relationships with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and lead recruiting and hiring processes.
  • Coordinate and manage team activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff to achieve operational targets.
  • Manage the production of timely and accurate client reports and services, serving as the primary point of contact for client relationships.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build and communicate standard processes, provide training, and establish a forum for ongoing review and refinement of methods.
  • Oversee audit and implementation SWAT teams, prepare detailed correspondence for clients, and make recommendations.
  • Review complex leased and owned portfolios to identify risk, audit, accuracy, and value.
  • Communicate directly with key partners on account status and review the quality of work produced by lease administration team members.
  • Participate in the preparation and delivery of RFPs to existing and potential clients, meeting with large and high-profile clients to review services and propose additional services.
  • Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own field, and how it integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
  • Lead by example, model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, and influence others to embrace a different point of view.
  • Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity, understanding and recognizing the broader impact across the department.
Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 10-12 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education.
  • Knowledge of Yardi Voyager strongly preferred.
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention.
  • Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
  • Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job field, multiple job fields, and department.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mentality.
  • Intermediate math skills, ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
