Role Summary

As a Senior Project Engineer at Precision Medicine Group, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with various client departments to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align project objectives with client departments, including Validation, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients navigating the engineering life cycle of cutting-edge equipment and manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct due diligence on system and subject domains to generate project deliverables.
  • Develop and author technical documents such as SOPs, requirements specifications, testing protocols, and summary reports.
  • Execute system and process validation protocols using GxP best practices.
  • Identify and escalate roadblocks, and utilize critical thinking skills to find creative solutions.
  • Contribute to the company's Patient Focused and People First Mission through professional development and philanthropic opportunities.
  • Build meaningful internal and external relationships, presenting the company as a service to clients as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or comparable military experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of Project Engineer, Consulting, or relevant industry experience.

Compensation Range

$66,000 - $82,500 USD per year.
