Job Summary

The Administrative Coordinator for the Physician Assistant Program will provide administrative support to the Program Director, Associate Program Director, Academic Coordinator, Clinical Coordinator, Culminating Coordinator, and Remediation team. This role will involve coordinating all phases of the Program, including scheduling instructors, communicating with instructors on date and time availability, creating a monthly calendar for students, and coordinating/scheduling of various PA Program Committee meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the PA Program, including scheduling instructors, communicating with instructors, and creating a monthly calendar for students.
  • Coordinate/schedule various PA Program Committee meetings.
  • Assist with general correspondence, surveys, funding applications, scheduling appointments, and self-study reports.
  • Prepare material for distribution to students, including examinations and room availability.
  • Record maintenance, including student files, academic/clinical correspondence, and organization of course lecture material and assessments in BOX.
  • Typing and filing, including correspondence, meeting minutes, examinations, evaluations forms, and lecture outlines.
  • Emails and calls, including responding to inquiries and recording and delivering messages.
  • Proctoring of exams and room requests.
Qualifications
  • 2 or more years of experience with administrative work, preferably in education.
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Exxat System and Canvas preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with frequent high levels of urgency or sensitivity.
  • Good interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
  • Travel to other campuses for retreats when required.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift 5 lbs.

Maximum Salary: USD $48,399.00/Yr.

Minimum Salary: USD $38,719.00/Yr.
