Overview

As a Management and Program Analyst, you will play a crucial role within the Total Force Manning Directorate (N1/N1D) of the US Pacific Fleet.

Eligibility Criteria

Agency Clarification

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the Joint Manning Documents (JMD) manager and lead for exercises.
  • Assess the capability of TYCOMs, Numbered Fleets, and Direct Reporters to fulfill personnel requirements as directed by Combatant Commanders for exercises.
  • Oversee the COMPACFLT Contingency JMD framework.
  • Coordinate daily operations related to exercise missions.
  • Organize conferences and meetings focused on Joint and Navy exercises.
  • Analyze factors affecting manning needs and propose optimal sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

Your resume should demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in federal service or comparable experience in the private or public sector, focusing on research, analysis, and data management to recommend solutions, develop policy changes, or identify trends for performance improvement.

Additional Information

This position may require working uncommon hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A relocation incentive may be available.
