Technical Program Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As the Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting teamwork and nurturing a collaborative environment.
- Act as the Site Lead, overseeing and executing specialized scientific and technical data processing methodologies utilizing unique and developmental software systems, including Special Access Programs (SAP) and Controlled Access Programs (CAP) that support target development.
- Contribute to the refinement and customization of program requirements, working alongside relevant organizations to provide insights on enhancing requirements, collection strategies, and the integration of intelligence.
- Develop and submit requirements and collection plans utilizing designated theater and national requirements management systems and practices as instructed.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in active-duty military service, support contracting, or DoD civilian roles in a warfare specialty, progressively advancing in planning, developing, and executing technical projects of a research and development nature, addressing unique or controversial challenges impacting major DoD programs.
- 15 years of proven expertise in conceptualizing, planning, and executing research studies that merge operational knowledge with innovative technological approaches and advanced research methodologies to evaluate military effectiveness and engineering feasibility.
- 15 years of demonstrated experience in applying advanced techniques, theories, principles, and practices in technological programs, ideally those that have transitioned to operational use or relate to key focus areas outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- A Bachelor's degree in any field complemented by management training courses.
- 7 years of experience, background, and knowledge in program transition efforts is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting DARPA and INDOPACOM initiatives.
- A Master's degree in any field with management training courses.
