Cyberspace Analyst

The Opportunity:

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. As a cyberspace analyst, you'll use your specialized technical expertise, briefing skills, curiosity, and your attention to detail to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to protect our national security and inform our nation's leaders.

As a cyberspace analyst on our team, you'll help your client understand their operational battlespace and national level threats in that space through operational and time-critical updates to senior leaders. You'll provide technical expertise for identifying, developing, and prioritizing cyberspace capabilities and integrating them into Concept of Operation (CONOPs) planning and development. You'll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build cyberspace plans and assessments for the client.

You'll guide the work we do for defense in the Indo-Pacific theater and the solutions we deliver for military missions and defense planning.

You Have:

• 8+ years of experience working with the DoD
• 5+ years of experience with cyberspace coordination requirements as it applies to the operational level of warfare, including planning, organizing, and conducting operations to enhance DoD military units employing cyber
• Experience conducting all-source research to identify cyber capabilities, operations, and vulnerabilities of entities of interest and in producing analytical products
• Ability to assist in evaluating, developing, and implementing cyberspace policy objectives and procedures
• Ability to create verbal and written communication products for clients, including presentations, plans, and orders
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Knowledge of classified databases to research Intelligence Community products
• Knowledge of JP-5 Planning and Joint Operations
• Ability to use quantitative and qualitative methods and analysis for the assessment and improvement of cyberspace plans to ensure capabilities and priorities meet Combatant Command and service component taskings
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, Engineering, or arelatedfield preferred; Master's degree a plus

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;TS/SCIclearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
