Technical Program Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In the capacity of Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting collaboration and teamwork within the organization.
- Act as the Site Director, overseeing and executing specialized scientific and technical data processing methodologies using unique and developmental software applications, including Special Access Programs (SAP) and Controlled Access Programs (CAP) that support target development.
- Contribute to the enhancement and customization of program specifications, working closely with relevant entities to provide insights on refining requirements, collection strategies, and the integration of intelligence.
- Develop and submit requirements and collection strategies utilizing designated theater and national requirements management systems as directed.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in active-duty military service, support contracting, or DoD civilian roles within a warfare specialty, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility in planning, developing, and executing technical projects of a research and development nature.
- At least 15 years of proven ability in conceptualizing, planning, and executing research studies that merge operational expertise with innovative technological approaches and advanced research methodologies to evaluate military effectiveness and engineering feasibility.
- 15 years of demonstrated experience in applying advanced techniques, theories, principles, and practices in technological programs, ideally those that have transitioned to operational use or are related to key focus areas outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- A Bachelor's degree in any field, complemented by management training courses.
- 7 years of experience, background, and knowledge in program transition efforts is highly advantageous.
- Experience supporting DARPA and INDOPACOM initiatives.
- A Master's degree in any field, along with management training courses.
This position requires U.S. citizenship and a U.S. government security clearance at the Top Secret / SCI / CI Poly level.
