Job Overview
As a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within the Construction market vertical. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships
* Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Salary and Benefits
Salary: $71,000 to $97,000 per year + 30% quarterly bonus, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, wellness program, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k) with 4% match, paid family leave, flexible work schedule, EAP, and pet insurance.

Requirements
* Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role
* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Location
The position can be based in major metropolitan areas of the Upper Midwest, such as Milwaukee, Chicago, or Minneapolis, or near a major airport in the region.
