Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems, including media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, and ultrafiltration.
  • Verify installation and operation of equipment to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with customer management and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and provide detailed technical summaries to customers.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in a related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to gain and maintain access to customer sites.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with occasional travel required.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
