Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Associate to join our team at Retirement Strategies Group (RSG), a Strongpoint Partner. This role will play a critical part in maintaining relationships with advisors, wholesalers, and clients, and will assist the new business team in developing new revenue initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend plan reviews and enrollment meetings with advisors to represent RSG
  • Identify additional revenue opportunities through cross-sell, upsell, or consulting engagements with existing clients
  • Work with colleagues to identify potentially at-risk clients and develop client retention strategies
  • Assist with plan conversions and maintain wholesaler relationships
  • Run plan design scenarios to support the sales and servicing of new and existing clients
  • Prepare fee quotes and proposals to assist the sales and servicing of new and existing clients
  • Attend retirement industry-related conferences and stay up-to-date on industry developments
Requirements
  • Experience in financial services or a related industry
  • Professional and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to learn and master multiple software systems
  • Understanding of investments related to retirement plans
  • Organized and willing to travel, with a potential 75% travel requirement
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality
  • Ability to obtain QKA or QKS designation and maintain appropriate CE
