Job Overview

Platform Accounting seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our accounting team on a temporary basis. This seasonal role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to new technology and systems.

About the Job:

  • Provide administrative support services to our accounting staff and clients.
  • Organize and manage files, documents, and other materials.
  • Develop and implement effective procedures for managing projects and tasks.
  • Communicate with clients via email and phone, schedule meetings with staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks into various software systems.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of professional office experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive problem-solving and analytical skills.

Salary: $18-$24 per hour.
