Job Summary

Epsilon is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources Business Partners and assist employees and managers. The successful candidate will report to the Team Lead, Human Resources and work closely with the HR team, employees, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation and ensure a smooth transition into the business.
  • Maintain relationships with multiple HR departments and work closely with the internal HR Systems and Services team.
  • Support employees throughout their lifecycle at Epsilon, including maintaining personnel records and documentation.
  • Utilize HRIS reporting tools to create routine and ad hoc reports for the HRBP teams and the business.
  • Coach and advise employees on problem resolution and encourage them to constructively resolve conflicts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • 1+ years of professional experience with HR.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Passion for HR and the ability to recommend new approaches while maintaining best practices.
  • Knowledge of federal and state labor laws related to HR administration and practices.
