Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our financial institution sales efforts. In this role, you'll be responsible for establishing and executing effective growth and distribution business plans, developing strong relationships with distribution partners, and identifying target prospects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Affinity Solutions sales efforts with a defined group of distribution partners in the financial institution market.
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to identify new sales opportunities and build trust.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to articulate client and distributor needs and direct the effective completion of product proposals and marketing plans.
  • Conduct joint sales presentations with distribution partners and serve as a product expert to support distributor client sales.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience focused on driving new sales and meeting sales goals.
  • Ability to travel independently, with schedules fluctuating depending on business needs.
  • Strong initiative and leadership skills in building relationships, identifying issues, and working proactively to meet client and business needs.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated independence and ability to work in a team environment to facilitate use of Home Office resources.

About the Role

This is a high-profile position that involves managing relationships with key distribution partners, decision makers, and internal operations teams to drive successful outcomes and business growth. The estimated base pay range for this job is $95,000 - $165,000, with potential for performance-based incentives.
