Job Summary:

About the Role:

This executive will lead the Affinity Solutions sales efforts with a defined group of distribution partners in the financial institution market by establishing and executing effective growth and distribution business plans.

Key responsibilities include developing strong relationships with existing distribution partners, identifying target prospects, conducting frequent sales activities, collaborating with internal Securian associates, and managing travel and expense budgets effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience focused on driving new sales and meeting sales goals
  • Ability to travel independently for up to 75% of the time
  • Strong initiative and leadership skills in building relationships, identifying issues, and working proactively to meet client and business needs
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in an ever-changing environment
