Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Services
    • Develop and implement strategies to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Ensure that all hotel staff are trained to provide exceptional customer service and meet service standards.
    • Monitor and address any guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Sales Management
    • Develop and execute marketing and sales plans to maximize revenue and occupancy.
    • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to inform business decisions.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Profit Management
    • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
    • Ensure that all hotel staff are trained in financial control procedures and that these procedures are regularly followed.
  • Human Resource Management
    • Recruit, select, and train high-performing staff to meet business needs.

    • Ensure that all hotel employees understand hotel objectives and are empowered to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Asset Management
    • Develop and implement strategies to maintain the physical condition of the hotel, including preventive maintenance programs and capital projects.
    • Ensure that all hotel staff are trained in asset management procedures and that these procedures are regularly followed.
  • Safety and Security Management
    • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
    • Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in hotel operations, food and beverage, or administrative roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, accounting, or business.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
