Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team at Mindlance. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing project assignments through completion, communicating results, and making recommendations to management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify required resources and research project data, procedures, and history to gain a thorough understanding of project direction.
  • Generate and analyze statistical data reports to inform project decisions.
  • Develop, prepare, and manage project plans through completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Communicate activity progress to involved parties, including stakeholders and team members.
  • Resolve issues that arise involving clients, when appropriate, and transition programs to management personnel.
  • Participate in oral presentations and develop training programs for management and colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis from an accredited college or university, preferred.
  • Seven years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, including three years of project management, office operations management, managed care, insurance-related, and/or statistical analysis experience.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project management, statistical analysis, and related field procedures or insurance-related procedures and/or managed care systems and operations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills, and PC literacy, including Microsoft Office products.
  • Leadership/management/motivational skills, analytical and interpretive skills, strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and excellent negotiation skills.
