Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals to meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Source and Recruit Qualified Candidates: Utilize various tools and platforms to identify and attract top healthcare talent, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Build and Develop Long-Term Relationships: Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding their needs and preferences to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Represent OneStaff Medical's High Standards: Ensure that our company's values and standards are consistently represented to all partners, clients, and candidates.
Requirements
  • Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Similar Roles: A minimum of one year of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of building relationships and driving results.
  • Positive Attitude and Hustle: A strong desire to succeed, with a positive attitude and a willingness to hustle daily to achieve goals.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Team Player with Independent Work Style: The ability to work effectively in a team environment while also thriving independently and taking initiative.
  • Motivated and Self-Started: A strong sense of motivation and self-starting ability, with a desire to take on new challenges and grow with the company.
