- Manage and process help center requests, via tickets or the occasional inbound call, to support and maintain existing customer accounts.

- Utilize Microsoft Excel to process help desk support tickets and review data.
- Stay up-to-date on 5G/LTE data, mobile devices, and how these devices impact the workforce.
- Communicate effectively with customers via email and phone, displaying professional, positive, and courteous etiquette.
