Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements, including profitability, liquidity, and solvency analysis.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage and oversee cost and general accounting, as well as risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence decision-making and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and strategy.
- 10+ years of experience in telecommunications accounting functions, preferably in a medium- or large-size telecommunications company.
- Proven ability to conduct financial analysis, including profitability, liquidity, and solvency analysis.
- Experience with financial reporting standards and regulations.
- Strong understanding of business operations and their financial impact.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in using financial reporting software.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are advantageous.
