  • Responsible for overseeing phlebotomy services and ensuring compliance with established protocols
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure smooth specimen collection and processing
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve phlebotomy services

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two years of phlebotomy experience required
  • Knowledge of venipuncture/phlebotomy and phlebotomy certification through ASCP, ASPT, NCA, or equivalent agency preferred

Estimated Salary: $62,000 - $82,000 per year based on location and experience. The actual salary may vary based on factors such as location, qualifications, and performance.
