We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Strategic Business Leader to join our team as a Managing Director. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of one or more Profit Centers within an assigned area or territory.
Key Responsibilities- Create and execute plans to achieve financial targets and maintain a strong client base through consistent sales, marketing, and customer service efforts.
- Manage office operations in accordance with established guidelines and budgets, and establish and reinforce processes to ensure a qualified database of consultant resources.
- Effectively use systems and applications to maintain and grow the business, and create/maintain clear expectations for all staff members.
- Evaluate, coach, develop, and hold staff members accountable to identified expectations, and troubleshoot and resolve problems or complaints of customers or consultants/temporary staff.
- A current or past Top Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain (ATO) a TS upon starting with our team.
- A history of supporting federal and/or classified government programs.
- Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience required.
- 7 years of demonstrated managerial experience.
- 7 years experience in sales/business development in a staffing and services industry.
- Experience leading, motivating, and managing a team of 5 or more sales professionals in the security cleared staffing industry.
- A connector mentality to bring together geographically distributed people and teams.
- Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.

The base salary range for this position is between $120,000 Min USD and $200,000 Max USD, dependent upon knowledge, skill, and ability.
