About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Technician to join our Production team in the Power Systems industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and assembly of power systems components, ensuring that manufacturing processes are efficient, safe, and of high quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacturing & Assembly: Oversee and participate in the assembly, testing, and inspection of power systems components to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving manufacturing processes, including reducing cycle times, improving product quality, and increasing efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and resolve issues with manufacturing equipment and processes, perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Quality Control: Conduct inspections and tests on assembled products to ensure they meet industry standards and customer specifications.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of manufacturing activities, including work orders, production reports, and quality control documentation.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure that all manufacturing activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent technical training in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the power systems or related industry.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of power systems components.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and quality control within a manufacturing environment.
