Product Strategy and Development Lead

Michael Page is seeking a seasoned Product Strategy and Development Lead to join our team in the Material Handling Market Segment. As a key member of our industrial manufacturing organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive product strategies that align with our company's overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and implement product strategies that meet evolving market requirements and drive business growth.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Product Positioning: Define product positioning and messaging to differentiate our products in the market.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and launch plans.

Requirements:

  • 10-15+ years: Experience in product management, sales engineering, or application engineering within industrial manufacturing.
  • Proven Track Record: At least 5 years of experience in product management, sales engineering, or application engineering.
  • Electrical Engineering: In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering and electrical conductive products.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute strategic product plans.
  • Leadership Experience: Prior leadership experience is nice to have.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 base salary, depending on experience + bonus.
