We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Technician. In this role, you'll assist pharmacists with various tasks, including filling prescriptions, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service.


As a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment. Responsibilities:


• Assist pharmacists with filling prescriptions, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service


• Maintain accurate records and files, including patient information and prescription data


• Operate pharmacy systems, including cash registers and inventory management software


• Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues, providing a positive and welcoming experience


• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge


• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service


Requirements:


• High school diploma or equivalent required


• 6 months of experience in a retail environment preferred


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends


• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register


• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
