Early Childhood Educator

We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at KinderCare Education. As a key member of our educational community, you'll play a vital role in shaping the lives of young learners and their families.
About the RoleAs a Child Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Implementing our research-backed curriculum to meet the unique needs of each child
- Creating a safe, nurturing environment that fosters growth and development
- Partnering with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
- Supporting our center's success through collaboration with center staff and leadership
- Cultivating positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
- Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
- Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential (or willing to obtain)
- Physical ability to use a computer, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
- Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents
