Job Profile

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing assigned account portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate collections and payments. You will work closely with our department to identify and apply payments, document collections activities, and respond to internal and external requests in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned account portfolios to ensure timely and accurate collections and payments
  • Perform duties in accordance with department guidelines and procedures
  • Identify and apply payments to accounts
  • Document collections activities and maintain accurate records
  • Respond to internal and external requests in a timely manner
  • Review reports and account activity to prepare correspondence and ensure compliance
  • Process premium write-offs within authority levels
  • Meet established productivity and quality standards
Requirements
  • High School, Associates degree; or equivalent
  • Authority levels limited to write-off and disbursement policy and grid
