Your Role
As a Lead Project Coordinator, you will be integrated into the Aviation, Transit, and Commercial Buildings team within the Buildings Sector.

Daily Responsibilities
This role entails overseeing the design, production, and coordination of projects across the nation.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, be an engaging presenter, and effectively manage a diverse array of clients, project stakeholders, and team members.

As a Project Coordinator, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients and the project teams, including subconsultants.

Key Responsibilities
You will be accountable for understanding and negotiating suitable fees, schedules, and contract terms that are favorable for both the client and EXP.

Project Coordinators are tasked with ensuring project performance, which includes delivering projects within financial and scheduling parameters while exceeding client expectations.

Engagement in business development activities such as market research, client meetings, assisting with marketing proposals, and participating in selection interviews is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- Possession of an Architectural License (AIA or Registered Architect).
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the identified tasks.
- Proven track record of outstanding performance.
- Experience across various project market sectors, including Aviation, Rail + Transit, Federal Government, and Higher Education.
- Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit capabilities.
- Ability to utilize financial management software.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.About EXP
