Position Summary

This position acts as the primary Project Leader for various initiatives. Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering is preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading successful project teams, fostering employee development, and maintaining partnerships.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices.
  • Experience managing large-scale self-performed concrete projects with successful outcomes.
  • Expertise in project initiation, budget management, procurement, and cost reporting.
  • Strong understanding of critical path scheduling for self-performed tasks.
  • Dynamic and motivated, with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to navigate job sites, including climbing ladders and using multi-level scaffolding.
  • Highly proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
