Job Overview

HiFyve is seeking a Project Manager within the manufacturing sector.

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000

Work Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the financial performance of assigned projects, ensuring both profitability and growth for the organization and its clients.
  • Assist the sales team during the estimating phase to guarantee precise pricing and enhance profitability.
  • Serve as the main quality liaison and facilitator for each sold component, ensuring that client expectations are fulfilled during project initiation.
  • Manage the procurement of materials, production timelines, inventory oversight, and all associated warehouse operations.
  • Act as the internal advocate for the customer, managing ISO/TS documentation and coordinating efforts across departments to achieve project objectives.
  • Initiate new projects by collaborating with Sales, Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure accurate quoting, routing, and compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain and organize blueprints, sales master files, pricing history, and quality specifications for new initiatives.
  • Efficiently coordinate staff to support organizational and project management goals.
  • Ensure the timely, profitable, and quality production of components.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Project Management principles and practices.
  • Ability to interpret and comprehend component drawings and tolerance specifications.
  • General knowledge of tubular steel component production is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including spreadsheets and numerical data analysis.
  • Experience with CAD software is a plus.
