The Staff Assistant II will provide administrative support to 4 faculty members within the Krantz Family Center for Cancer Research (KFCCR). This position will work with a high degree of independence and will interact with all levels of department personnel, including cancer researchers, staff, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to faculty members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and reporting tasks.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with department staff, faculty, and external partners.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the department's goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare or research setting.
