Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dock and Door Specialist to join our team of Service Professionals. As a Dock and Door Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing complex issues with dock and door equipment in a variety of settings, including commercial buildings, aircraft hangars, schools, and fire/police departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair issues with dock and door equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • 1-8 years of experience in a related field, depending on level of expertise
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
