Job Description

Job Summary:

The Practice Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and customer relationships in the assigned territory. This role involves planning, organizing, and implementing account management activities to increase customer base and sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform effective territory penetration, coverage, and account identification to drive sales and increase customer base.
  • Provide training, presentations, and demonstrations to customers on the application and use of Cutera's products.
  • Engage and drive accounts to grow existing business and generate new business opportunities and sales revenue growth.
  • Analyze practice readiness and customize activities to maximize utilization and profitable revenue.
  • Educate and support customers with marketing strategies, including in-office marketing events, website reviews, and promotions.
  • Support regional training workshops and tradeshows in collaboration with internal partners.
  • Pre-plan sales calls and maintain efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and customer service.
  • Complete administrative responsibilities, including periodic business plans, weekly expense reports, and customer database management.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products.
  • Maintain consistent communication with Regional Account Manager on matters related to the territory, including accurate forecasting.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent the Company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.
  • Optimize selling time and results by developing and following account plans.
  • Identify, target, and close new, high-quality accounts.
  • Execute staff onboarding and development training.
  • Demonstrate the value of new/additional products and services to existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to travel adequately to cover the region, including overnight stays, attend tradeshows, and corporate and training meetings.
