We are seeking a skilled Living Supports and Community Networking Technician to join our team in the Burlington area.
This role involves working closely with individuals who require Community and Living Supports and Community Networking services, providing daily living assistance and habilitation skills training.
Key Tasks include:
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Delivering habilitation skills training
- Networking with community resources
Salary Package: A competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, plus additional benefits, is on offer for this role.
