About the Role

Coyote Logistics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone who interacts with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet all guests at the front desk
  • Notify security of all expected visitors and maintain the conference room calendars
  • Ensure the front lobby is clean and organized, and manage tasks including parking passes, visitor badges, and business card requests
  • Screen incoming calls with a high degree of professionalism and respond and route phone requests accordingly
  • Organize employee events and keep employees informed about office events, visitors, and news
  • Manage sports team requests and oversee Coyote Store inventory, merchandise orders, and customer merchandise requests
Requirements
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task effectively, and adapt to changing priorities
