Overview

Western Star Northwest, a leading Freightliner dealership in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Parts Counter Specialist to join our team. As a critical member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for handling all parts requests, processing orders using company software systems, and maintaining a safe, organized, and clean warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process parts orders and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Ensure warehouse safety and organization
  • Monitor stock levels and notify purchasing agent when below standard stocking levels
  • Assemble parts from stock and prepare them for shipping
  • Utilize hand tools to safely open crates and containers

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years warehouse experience preferred
  • Fork-lift certification required after hire
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
