Parts Counter Specialist

Overview
Western Star Northwest, a leading Freightliner dealership in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Parts Counter Specialist to join our team. As a critical member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for handling all parts requests, processing orders using company software systems, and maintaining a safe, organized, and clean warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process parts orders and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Ensure warehouse safety and organization
- Monitor stock levels and notify purchasing agent when below standard stocking levels
- Assemble parts from stock and prepare them for shipping
- Utilize hand tools to safely open crates and containers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years warehouse experience preferred
- Fork-lift certification required after hire
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
