We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Professional Case Management in Washington. Salary: $31.25 per hour

About the Role

As a Home Healthcare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client. Your expertise and compassion will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and their families. You will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and will be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion when working with sensitive information.

  • Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing
  • Current, unrestricted license as an LPN/LVN in the state(s) of practice
  • Prefer minimum of one (1) year experience as an LPN/LVN in an acute care setting or equivalent; will consider new graduate nurses
  • Current CPR certification and TB test
