Accelerate Financial Innovation with Bond

Bond, a leading embedded finance platform, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential prospective customers and driving the full sales cycle from lead to close.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in selling SaaS solutions to large and enterprise-level organizations. You will be responsible for cultivating a robust pipeline using Salesforce and collaborating with multiple teams to amplify our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue high-potential prospective customers from various lead sources
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for startups and small, medium, and enterprise-level businesses
  • Cultivate a robust pipeline using Salesforce
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to develop and refine our sales process
  • Lead and contribute to team projects to drive sales growth

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in selling SaaS solutions to large and enterprise-level organizations. You should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on SaaS solutions
  • Proven track record of success in closing business with SaaS companies and/or neobanks
  • Experience working with large, sophisticated sales cycles
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with prospective customers
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
