Senior Account Manager

Job Summary:

As a Senior Account Manager at EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and account executives. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction by balancing the quality of service and speed of response.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the activity for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of client requests.
  • Coordinate with account executives to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Administer quarterly reporting and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Process endorsements, invoices, and other administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Monitor client account balances and work with the accounting department to ensure prompt payment.
  • Set up new and renewal policies, maintaining current records in our custom broking system.
  • Manage day-to-day account transactions, including additions, deletions, and acquisitions.
  • Generate and update schedules of insurance, create Acord certificates, Auto ID Cards, and Loss Run reports as needed.
  • Support the administration of program adjustments, including dividend and audit adjustments.
  • Communicate with clients and underwriters to obtain information for policy changes, renewals, and endorsements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of insurance brokerage or insurance carrier experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office suite, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management skills.
  • College degree in Insurance or related field preferred.
  • P&C Brokers License.
