Job Title: Customer Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team. As a Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining our equipment at customer sites. You will work in a field-based, customer-facing role, providing on-site training and ensuring the optimal performance of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and service equipment at customer sites
  • Provide on-site training to customers
  • Ensure the optimal performance of our systems
  • Manage financial performance within your territory
  • Interface with customers, sales representatives, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Top-notch electronic systems knowledge and troubleshooting/repair skills
  • Unparalleled customer service skills
  • Ability to interpret electronic system schematics and flow-charts
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and communication skills
