We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to join our Power Electronics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing new and existing engineering projects from concept through to production ramp. Your expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams and shepherding projects will be invaluable in accelerating the development process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage project feature baselines, scheduling, critical path, and technology risks areas for execution
  • Cross-functionally communicate key development updates, risks, and timelines on projects, as well as presenting to senior executives on a regular basis
  • Identify creative ways to overcome obstacles while meeting deadlines, despite setbacks
  • Develop tools to automate various reporting or planning functions for the Technical Programs Management team
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, NPI, cross-functional team-oriented environment managing programs for high-volume mass production products
  • Demonstrated understanding of new product development cycles and the criticality of time-to-market
  • Ability to grasp complex technical topics and abstract key issues and risks in an actionable form
  • Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $150,000-$200,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
