Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Construction Monitor to join our team at Allana Buick & Bers. As a Construction Monitor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our construction projects.

Responsibilities:
• Observe construction activities and verify compliance with contract documents, plans, and specifications
• Identify installation defects and produce daily reports and records of construction activities
• Work as part of a team, providing input and contributing to the success of each project
• Accept responsibility for projects and see them through to completion
• Travel to construction sites and work with clients to ensure outstanding service

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of inspection and construction monitoring experience
• 2 to 4-year college level education (degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a similar field a plus)
• Experience in multi-family residential, institutional, and commercial construction projects with familiarity in roofing, waterproofing, stucco, siding, windows, sealants, and other building envelope areas
• Current driver's license and reliable transportation
