People Architects is thrilled to collaborate with a client based in Orange County, seeking a talented Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist. This client is a vibrant and rapidly expanding direct-to-consumer (D2C) technology-driven consumer products firm, focused on establishing a global growth platform by acquiring and enhancing e-commerce brands into recognized household names.

Position Summary:

We are in search of a highly qualified Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist with a successful history of managing high-traffic websites (exceeding 1 million unique visitors monthly) within the e-commerce domain. The ideal candidate will excel in conducting comprehensive split tests across various components, including planning, landing pages, advertorials, and checkout processes, aimed at improving user experience and maximizing conversion rates. This role is remote and will report directly to the Director of Customer Experience and Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement A/B and multivariate testing on advertising content, customer journeys, pricing models, upselling strategies, button colors, and other webpage features.
  • Create landing pages and execute other website modifications to consistently enhance webpages and sales funnels to boost conversion rates.
  • Evaluate performance metrics, such as scroll depth and heat maps, to uncover areas for enhancement.
  • Work closely with the paid marketing and lifecycle marketing teams to ensure synchronization and optimization of landing pages and advertising campaigns.
  • Leverage A/B testing tools to conduct experiments and apply changes based on data-driven insights.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the marketing team and stakeholders regarding website and digital marketing performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve conversion rates.

Qualifications (Required and Preferred):

  • Demonstrated experience in conversion rate optimization, particularly in high-traffic e-commerce settings.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and advanced funnel design.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in utilizing CRO tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to innovate and execute strategies that significantly enhance sales performance.
  • Analytics-driven mindset with the capacity to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinker with the talent to develop distinctive marketing campaigns.
  • Self-motivated with a robust entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Familiarity with DTC/Shopify/Funnels/affiliate/influencer marketing platforms and tools.
  • Passion for e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • California residents preferred.
