Job Overview

Golds Gyms of the Carolinas is seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Management Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. About the Role

This position will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff at multiple locations, including Gold's Gym locations in the Carolinas. As a Facilities Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the facilities, ensuring that all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained, and supervising staff to ensure high standards of cleaning and maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the facilities, including hallways, stairs, office space, and bathrooms
  • Supervise staff to ensure high standards of cleaning and maintenance
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained
  • Responsible for ordering supplies and materials as needed
  • Empties trash and garbage containers regularly
  • Maintains all floor areas in a safe, clean, and orderly manner
  • Observes equipment for potential safety hazards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • CPR Certification
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and travel to multiple locations
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
