Facilities Maintenance Supervisor Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Asheville, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our distribution center facilities and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to extend equipment life and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • 5 years supervisory experience in a maintenance or engineering capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CMMS software and work order systems.
