Role Overview: We are in search of a Customer Experience Recruitment Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. This position will collaborate closely with hiring managers within the Customer Experience division to identify and attract top-tier talent for Calendly. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment setting while prioritizing the candidate experience. This individual must possess excellent time management and communication skills, demonstrating a readiness to oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to extending offers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, source, and engage potential candidates using innovative and creative recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize existing networks to build candidate pipelines for specific roles and skill sets.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to formulate effective recruitment strategies and talent pipelines for each vacancy.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Calendly by participating in recruitment events, including meetups and job fairs.
  • Employ recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process, identifying areas for enhancement.

This role is ideal for you if you possess:

  • 2-4 years of recruitment experience, particularly for customer-facing positions (a blend of agency and in-house experience is preferred).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), ideally Greenhouse.
  • A proven track record in building talent pipelines, meeting deadlines, and surpassing recruitment goals.
  • Expertise in role-filling strategies, including proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding time management abilities and a self-directed work ethic.
  • Authorization to work legally in the United States, as Calendly does not provide immigration sponsorship at this time.
